End-to-End Encryption (E2EE)
Your data is protected at every touchpoint. We utilize TLS 1.2+ for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. No one—not even our system administrators—can view your raw voice data without authorization.
High-Sensitivity Data Protection (SSN & PII)
We treat sensitive identifiers like Social Security Numbers (SSNs), Tax IDs, and Credit Card info with extreme care:
- No Open Storage: We do not keep SSNs or sensitive PII in an open, searchable format based on request from customer.
- Field-Level Encryption: If your workflow requires the retention of specific identifiers, they are encrypted at the database field level.
- PII Redaction: Our AI can automatically "bleep" or redact these numbers from audio and transcripts immediately during processing.
"Process & Purge" Recording Policy
We prioritize Data Minimization. Verbix.ai is not a storage warehouse; it is an intelligence engine.
- Immediate Deletion: You can configure the system to automatically remove call recordings immediately after they have been processed and transcribed.
- Custom Retention: You have full control over the "shelf life" of your data. Once your reports are generated, you can trigger an automated purge of all PII.
